On Sunday, 8th May, join founding co-curators Michaela McGuire and Marieke Hardy for their eighth Brisbane Women of Letters event at their adopted home The Zoo, Fortitude Valley, as they welcome an all-star lineup featuring:

– Acclaimed singer-songwriter AIRLING (aka HANNAH SHEPHERD)

– Writer, founding editor of ‘Hot Chicks with Big Brains’ and inaugural Kat Muscat fellow, BRI LEE

– RAAF Reservist Group Captain and 2016 Australian of the Year finalist CATHERINE McGREGOR

– Award-winning author of Heat and Light and Comfort Food ELLEN VAN NEERVEN

– Australia’s most beloved and highly acclaimed fantasy author ISOBELLE CARMODY

– Foundation board member of the Queensland Music Network QMUSIC and former artist manager LEANNE DE SOUZA

– Theatre maker, therapist, researcher, theatre director and facilitator MARGI BROWN ASH

These brilliant women will all be writing ‘A letter to My Unfinished Business.’

There’ll be wine, cheese plates and the studious penning of aerogrammes, all in homage to the beautiful lost art of letter writing.
