In his first solo exhibition, former Radio National Music Director, Triple J host and one of the original Double J crew, presents a collection of signed, one-off original prints displaying the breadth of his styles, presented by Groovescooter, Folonomo Gallery and curated by Artemis Projects.

On Tuesday 13 September we present Tim Ritchie In Conversation with journalist Paris Pompor, sharing stories of a long-lost Sydney: a pre-dawn world where memory rather than photos recall characters spilling out of inner-city nightclubs after his DJ sets in a pre-Lockout Law city. The conversation will take place at Play Bar in Surry Hills where a new portrait of Tim painted for the 2016 Archibald Prize by Sydney artist Adrian Elmer, will be unveiled.
Furthermore, an Artist Talk featuring Tim interviewing one of his favourite Australian photographers, Peter Elfs will get underway at the gallery on Saturday September 17 at 2pm.

Folonomo Gallery is a "Profit for Purpose" social enterprise donating 100% of its gallery fee to charity. This means 30% of artwork sales go to a cause that the exhibiting artists are passionate about. Tim Ritchie has chosen to support Animal Welfare League:
"Animals are great companions, from aloof cats to ever-loving dogs, but every year more than a quarter of a million healthy companion cats and dogs are euthanised in Australia. The Animal Welfare League has a goal called Getting To Zero (G2Z). This means the eradication of the killing of healthy cats and dogs. I hope that the 30% of sales from my photos helps to save innocent and loving pet's lives." [Tim Ritchie]
