Following their debut collaborative tour of the east coast of Canada, during a chilly February 2017, Roaring Girl Records label-mates Tim Moxam (CAN) and Australia’s own Liz Stringer are reuniting for a month of Australian dates in May. Under the auspice of respected Canadian musician and general manager Miranda Mulholland, Roaring Girl Records is a boutique Toronto-based label, dedicated to supporting the finest independent artists from around the world. Stringer joined the fold for the release of her 2016 LP, “All The Bridges” on July 1st, with Toronto’s Tim Moxam releasing his debut solo record “Soft Summer” through Roaring Girl in April 2016.
There’s a comforting sense of familiarity Tim Moxam’s music, like the feeling of a soft summer breeze after the passing of a cold, grey winter. It’s his soulful voice that floats over twangy acoustic guitar; his vivid storytelling of lost love; his breezy, warm atmospheric tones that swell and crash.

Moxam recruited a who’s who of the Toronto music scene to create Soft Summer at Union Sound Co. Studios under the direction of renowned producer/engineer Chris Stringer (Timber Timbre, Ohbijou, The Wooden Sky) and the record was released to resounding critical acclaim and widespread radio play, including high rotation on CBC radio. Moxam will be making his Australian touring debut with Liz Stringer in May.

Melbourne's Liz Stringer will be joining Moxam on the road, carrying a swag of new songs and tour stories, gathered over ten solid months touring her 2016 full-length studio release, 'All The Bridges', including two stints in Canada and the US and extensive Aussie venue and festival dates. The last year has seen Stringer reinforce her growing reputation for the highest quality musicianship, creative autonomy and intensely emotional live shows.
