The Trust Company awards $220,000 of arts scholarships through the Marten Bequest Travelling Scholarship

The Trust Company, as trustee, and the 2013 judges this week announced the 11 talented young Australian recipients of the 2013 Marten Bequest Travelling Scholarships. Announced via Facebook for the first time ever, the $20,000 was awarded to each of the 11 recipients across the categories of Acting, Painting, Sculpture and Singing. The high standard of this year's entries made it difficult for the judges to narrow the applicants down to two winners only, so the prize pool was increased to $220,000 and distributed to three winners in Acting, Painting and Sculpture.
