A one-man circus-comedy set in an office, the show is based around the so-called 'Peter Principle', that every office worker is promoted to their level of incompetence.

Described as being 'suitable for interns, work experience kids and rusted-on pencil pushers everywhere', McDonald's delightful new physical comedy pokes fun at our bizarre relationship to 9-to-5 office work, and poses the question: "What if you're hopeless at everything?"

McDonald merges circus, clowning and theatrical skills to create whimsical, story-driven shows that are truly engaging and entertaining for audiences of all ages. His previous works have included The Famous Maurice Flea Circus, "¦We Should Quit (Best Circus, Melbourne Fringe 2013), Plan B, and Undertone (Best Circus, Perth Fringe 2015).

He recently worked with Tumble Circus in the UK on Unsuitable, Dislocate's The Fairy Show, and Head First Acrobat's Arrr We There Yet?. He is currently performing in Trash Test Dummies.

"McDonald's rope routine is jaw-dropping, and the lack of lyra or sequins in favour of jeans and a business shirt reminds us that these extraordinary feats are also very human.""”heckler.com.au
