ALEXANDER GIOIOSAThe Da Vinci Multimedia Art School has conferred me the degree of Graphic Designer and Illustrator. Furthermore, I’m a teacher graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Rogelio Yrurtia. Both schools are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In Cassette 90, a creative agency and an artistic consulting firm, I served as a Creative Director, where I supervised the company’s releases. I developed more than 200 Covers for many different countries, such as Denmark, Germany and Republic of Singapore among other works.
ANDY THOMASAndy Thomas has developed an iconic visual language that is uniquely his own. Using a combination of digital technology and water colours, Thomas’ work is a symbolic representation of nature’s collision with technology.
Inspired by the beauty of nature and extensive travel to some of the world’s most ancient rainforests, Thomas fuses together images of flora and fauna into evolved abstract forms. Intricately layered compositions of plants and animals make a strong statement of technology’s impact on planet earth and how advancements in society are affecting the natural systems of life.
ELLEELLE’s work is evocative, alluring, lavish, outrageous, purposeful and informative. Although she began as an illegal graffiti artist in New York, ELLE is now considered one of the top touring street artists.
ELLE considers her paintings to be poetry. She creates stories by collaging disparate images: powerful females, flora and fauna, classical paintings juxtaposed with pop-culture and high fashion imagery, revealing a purposefully designed messages to the world. Her passion for the environment and feminism are shown in the transparency of messages throughout her pieces.
JANSARTSMy name is Alejandro Solórzano from Guadalajara, Mexico. I’m a product design engineer by trade and creative lettering artist by choice who focuses on the development of tailored design solutions to make lifestyle brands stand out.
Entered the world of design through one of my favorite hobbies: calligraphy. With the main goal of practicing everyday, I started @JansArts, an Instagram account where I was able to share numerous hand-lettered quotes and graphics with a positive message to a highly engaged audience, as well as the creative process that I followed day by day to create each piece.
When I’m not designing, I’m busy staying up late looking for inspiration, traveling around the world or hanging out with my friends—always accompanied by my favorite music playlists and tasty food.
MARIA UVEIllustrator and photographer Maria Uve was born in Vigo in 1984, where she currently resides. She studied at the Antonio Failde Higher School of Arts and Design in Ourense, studying illustration, and is trained in graphic design and artistic photography.
Her creative process is based on the search for identity, using all kinds of techniques: watercolor, ink, acrylic, screen printing. The strength of her illustrations comes from the use of white and black, sometimes adding some color that implies her mood at that time or a phrase that complements the image.
