Using a multidisciplinary approach, Sue Beyer's visual art practice primarily examines place and space. Transformer is a series of paintings and digital works, that explore ideas relating to liminal space through the transformation of well-known Australian landscape paintings

Postdigital strategies are used as a metaphor for the permanent alteration and ultimate transformation of the landscape and our society as we know it.

Transformer opens at Melbourne's fortyfivedownstairs gallery on Tuesday 2 February 2021.
