"We can't reveal exactly which songs we will be performing of course", Jonathon said with a smile, "you will have to come to the concert to find out! There is such a diverse range of favourite songs and huge hits for us to draw on. There will definitely be a lot of fun and an audience sing-a-long also! These concerts are all about the music and the joy in singing but also the importance of community to us. The School has such a vibrant, inclusive community."

"We have choirs in our Absolutely Everybody choral program in Melbourne, Frankston, Casey, Footscray, Sunshine, Fitzroy and right up in the Latrobe Valley. These are the Voices of Casey, Latrobe Valley Community Choir, Voices of Frankston, Choir of Opportunity, Voices of the Alfred, Western Health Singers and the All Together Choir. So there are choristers from right across Melbourne singing in the concert."

"The School of Hard Knocks is all about community and inclusion, our vision is to empower disadvantaged Australians to participate in mainstream cultural life. To date we have delivered over 60,000 hours of programs nationally to more than 1000 participants. The aim of our concerts is to raise essential funds to support the operation of the School and its programs, it is the culmination of my dream to expand our programs beyond the Choir of Hard Knocks and to help and support as many people as possible", Jonathon explained.
