Artists Statement:

Human beings cannot help watching the passage of the time, and the subsidence of its floating particles is the fruit of this watching; sediments not congenial and transparent but moving. In the closets of our minds there is always hidden a pleasant childlike playfulness -sometimes accompanied by pain- to disturb these sediments. Through disturbing the things subsided from the past, our childlike naughtiness can make us watch time anew. The retrieval of time, place, people, and whatever that is revised, provides us with pinions and imagination and enables us to glide from "the gone" to "not yet arrived". The things to be, offer us feet to go and the gone provide us with supplies. "Retrieval" is the presentation of two different visions of some thirty years subsidence, along with some hidden and manifest playfulness, expecting lot things to come.
