Join Stan Kailis, co-author of Producing Table Olives, for his workshop Planted, Plucked and Pickled to widen your knowledge of olives. Stan will take you on a journey from planting and caring for your olive tree, to harvesting and processing your olives to share with family and friends. This is for those who have that olive tree in the backyard and don't know what to do with it! Planted, Plucked and Pickled is part of the Perth Greek Festival, presented by LiveLighter. The Perth Greek Festival is supported by the Office of Multicultural Interests, Lotterywest and the City of Perth.
