No Excuses! in Brimbank "“ June 16th 2016. The School of Hard Knocks proudly presents No Excuses! You are invited to an uplifting and informative event on family violence held in the magnificent Atrium at Sunshine Hospital. Guest speakers include Dr Anita Morris, Western Health, Reeta Verma, Kangna Sisters Indian Women's Support Network & Ajay Ramdas, Indian Men's Support Network, Cuong La, Health West Working Together with Men project, Dr Kathleen McGuire & Christina Green, composers of No Excuses! This is a free event supported by Western Health and the Brimbank City Council through the Brimbank City Grants program.

Experience the moving performance of No Excuses!, a new song suite focusing upon family violence and domestic abuse, with real stories of struggle and inspirational resilience as shared by women from Melbourne's western suburbs. Audiences will be empowered by messages of solidarity and hope.
