Dr Jonathon Welch AM and the School of Hard Knocks invite all male singers to join Melbourne's most exciting men's choir program, building positive physical and mental wellbeing for men of all ages through singing and friendship. We are starting our next MEN ALOUD! project on with an exciting opportunity for you to work with the dynamic Olivier nominated composer and performer, Warren Wills - to create a new musical that will be premiered at the Melbourne International Singers Festival over the June long weekend! We are thrilled to announce that we received funding from Creative Victoria for a new project with MEN ALOUD! to create a 30 minute performance, which will be premiered at the 2018 Melbourne International Singers Festival.
We will be working with the fantastic Warren Wills and Dave Newington on the creative process of this project, with Dr Jonathon Welch AM as Artistic Director and Sarah Waight as project manager.
