For the Mozart concerto, MYO will be joined by Francesco Celata, Acting Principal Clarinet of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. A former member of MYO, Francesco has gone on to become an internationally recognised clarinettist and has played with the world's great orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonia Orchestra, London. "The Mozart Clarinet Concerto was the inspiration for me to play the clarinet. It is a piece one cannot perfect and always remains an inspiration and a challenge," says Celata.
