The fingerpicking balladeer first gained attention with his cover of the Knife"s "Heartbeats" and sparse renditions of Joy Division and Massive Attack following the styling"s of Elliott Smith and Nick Drake.

He"s the master of meditative, pattering percussion and subtle vocal swells mingled with bossa nova flair that time over displays his song-craft and folk sensibilities as a leading artist of his craft.

His raw and intimate voice has been leaving Australian audiences aching for more with each passing visit and now finally makes his debut appearance within the acoustically perfect surrounds of Elisabeth Murdoch Hall.
