Book made for "Project Mail Art Books" project conceived by Ed Hanssen. The artist receive a booklet of approximately 16x12 cm size from very thin white pages hand sewn and the artist will return freely recreated using any technique and material.

"When I received the booklet the color and texture of the pages inspired me the nacre, so I decided to create "The book of the pearl" embroidering and pasting pearls on the pages using also enamels, watercolors, ribbons, tissues, thread. Katya Sanna"
