Calling on influences from Aboriginal dreaming stories, Albert Namatjira, Reg Mombassa and the words of Tim Winton, these synoptic works do not represent any recognisable or specific location. Rather they aim to capture a feeling and conjure a memory from a generic landscape or placeless place, while still being unmistakably Australian.

Shot on a recent adventure around remote Western Australia and the Northern Territory,"¨ this beautiful and dream-like collection of landscape images explore"¨ a personal recollection of travel and identity. All works are timber framed and printed in colour on Cotton Canvas at 135cm x 90cm.

The exhibition will open on Thursday the 23rd November from 6pm-9pm at James" St Kilda studio, and will be open to the public for sales and viewing on Saturday 25th November from 10am to 6pm. Entry is free.

Level 1 / 31 Greeves Street, St Kilda VICTORIA
