Australia's most prestigious photography awards are open for entries! #HeadOnPhoto
A prize pool including $30,000 in cash and an exhibition in Head On Photo Festival is up for grabs. World-renowned photography competition, Head On Photo Awards, are calling for entries across Portrait, Landscape and Student categories - photographers, creatives, amateurs and enthusiasts are encouraged to get their entries in.

The Landscape and Portrait Awards are open to international photographers and the Head On Student Awards are open to all Australian students, school years K-12.

The judging panel of Australian and international photography thought-leaders represents curators, picture editors, photographers, educators and other industry leaders. All genres, interpretation and style are eligible. All photographs are judged anonymously to ensure that the work is selected solely on merit and not influenced by the photographer's or subject’s celebrity.

Winners will be announced at the launch of Head On Photo Festival 2022 and exhibited at the new Head On Photo Village at Bondi Beach and Paddington Reservoir Gardens during the Festival, November 2022.

Head On Photo Festival is Australia’s premier photographic event and a world-leading photo festival that receives extensive visitation. Since it began in 2010, the Festival has evolved to include a wide range of stunning exhibitions from world-renowned photographers, innovative workshops run by international professionals and critically acclaimed mentors and community events aimed at everyone from enthusiasts to devout collectors.

Head On Photo Awards represent a global selection of the best work from emerging and established photographers across three categories; Portrait, Landscape and Student.
