Melbourne, AU "“ 7th of April, 2016 "“ FilmInk Presents is proud announce the Sydney premiere of Broke, which is a drama centring around a disgraced rugby league star and gambling addict who attempts to turn his life around with the support of his number one fan. Broke is the first feature film of award-winning filmmaker Heath Davis (Spoon Man, Rabbit, Bee Sting) and features Steve Le Marquand, Max Cullen, Claire van Der Boom, Justin Rosniak, Steve Bastoni and Brendan Cowell.

Broke will be screening at The Ritz Cinema on Wednesday the 13th of April at 7.00pm, with filmmakers, cast and rugby league stars in attendance. The screening will be followed by an audience Q&A with director Heath Davis and lead actor Steve Le Marquand. Director, Heath Davis will be available for a limited number of media engagements leading up to the screening. Screener available on request.
