In honor of "ª#"ŽNYFW"¬ we explore high "ª#"Žfashion"¬ influencing art in the fashion capital "ª#"ŽNewYorkCity"¬. We take a look at how "ª#"ŽAnnaWintour"¬ and "ª#"ŽKarlLagerfeld"¬ inspired one New York artist "ª#"ŽBradleyTheodore"¬ to bring vivid paintings of fashion's favorite icons to the streets of "ª#"ŽSoHo"¬.
The first short documentary by director Benjamin di Giacomo offers a unique glimpse into the life and mind of the thriving New York City based artist Bradley Theodore. The Turks and Caicos native is known for his vibrant skeletal paintings of the most iconic names in fashion like Karl Lagerfeld and Anna Wintour. Between a live painting on the streets of Manhattan's Lower East Side and a more intimate conversation at Bradley Theodore's own studio, we are taken through a day in the life of the artist and his creative process. The film also features an appearance by Jillionaire of Major Lazer, and exclusive footage of a captivating body painting collaboration between the artist, internationally acclaimed models and world-renowned fashion photographer Antoine Verglas.
