Choir of Hard Knocks
It is our aim to build a 'Futures Fund' to not only sustain the choir for years to come, but also help create other similar projects to build positive mental and physical health for those who are marginalised and vulnerable.

The Choir of Hard Knocks is unique in Australian music history having won an ARIA, Logie and Helpmann award in the same year, as well as the hearts of the people around the world. Now in their 13th year, the choir is still led by their dedicated Founding Artistic Director, Dr Jonathon Welch AM.

Celebrate and share the joy of Christmas. Limited tickets remaining.

The ongoing and regular contact the choir provides to its members has had a profound effect on their lives, leading many of the original 52 back to either part time or full time study or work.

The star studded cast also includes: Dr Jonathon Welch AM and Liane Keegan. With the Footscray-Yarraville City Band conducted by Phillipa Edwards, XL Arts, THECHO!R, Adam Przewlocki, Latrobe Valley Community Choir, Voices of Casey, Choir of Opportunity, All Together Choir, Voices of the Alfred and Western Health Singers.

Presented by Play It Forward – Inclusive Arts Programs for all Australians.
