A contemporary art space in regional Victoria is seeking a Curator who will combine research, knowledge of contemporary art and possibly be a practicing artist who can curate an exhibition on the key elements of contemporary art. The key theme of the exhibition is "Nothing is Nothing".

A contemporary art space in regional Victoria is seeking a Curator who will combine research, knowledge of contemporary art and possibly be a practicing artist who can curate an exhibition on the key elements of contemporary art. The key theme of the exhibition is "Nothing is Nothing".

Responsibilities:
This role will curate a travelling exhibition, provide administrative support and assist with the project management of all aspects of the development, production, design, installation and evaluation of the major exhibition.

Key Application Process:
Candidates for this position will have a PhD in an arts related field. They will have experience with working in a team, artists, curatorial and installation staff, the development and co-ordination of a travelling exhibition. The candidate will also need to undertake research for the exhibition project and have excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate will need to have strong administration and organisational skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines
