Current NSW Theatresports Champions Hans & Otto, the goofiest, sweetest and most hysterically funny duo you'll ever see, take on the entire non-German-speaking-world in a battle of wits and ad-lib buffoonery.

Ja, meiner lieblings, dere's gonna be some hot comedy in der house tonight! Hosted by fresh young stand-up comedy sensation Susie Youssef (Sketchual Chocolate) and directed by impro star Cale Bain (Full Body Contact No Love Tennis) – the Theatresports National Championships boasts visiting teams from Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra in one of the funniest and most exciting nights of the Festival in prospect! Improvised scenes, poems, stories and songs – with audience suggestions – and celebrity judges.

Just like Thank God You're Here and Whose Line Is It Anyway? - but live on stage - the Theatresports National Championships have been running for over 25 years and have seen some of the country's funniest people grace its stage: Wil Anderson, The Axis of Awesome and even smarties like Andrew Denton and Andrew O'Keefe! It's a smack-down comedy battle between the best and wittiest Aussie comedy has to offer.
