Co-cheòl featuring at the Melbourne International Singers Festival GALA concert on Sunday 11th June

Published by: CarolineK | 31-May-2017
The Festival is thrilled to present Co-cheòl at our 8pm GALA concert. Co-cheòl are Australia"s only Celtic female vocal quartet. They are an award winning a cappella quartet with spine tingling harmonies taking you on a journey to the Celts and beyond. At #MISF17, they will appear with THECHO!R one of Melbourne"s most exciting non-auditioned choirs, created and conducted by the inspirational Dr Jonathon Welch AM. Co-cheòl write, arrange and perform both a cappella and self-accompanied songs. They perform mostly traditional Scottish and Irish Songs, with a smattering of contemporary songs of other nations as well as their own original pieces. Their clever and intriguing arrangements of both the familiar and the new create a rich tapestry of lush harmonies. Check out our fantastic full Festival program!!!!
