CCC 'Poetry to Paintings' Exhibition and Group Exhibition

Doesn't a picture tell a thousand words? There's a building of art for you to see, poetic visuals upon every wall in the 2 storey building. Art as poetry, or, poetry expressed as paintings, the local art cooperative will be celebrating Banjo Paterson Australian Poetry Festival in Orange, expressively. 2 exhibitions running the entire festival, one titled "Poetry to Paintings" and the other, a stunning Group Exhibition.

The self run art cooperative located in beautiful Orange is opening it's building filled with creativity and art.

2 exhibitions running the entire festival, one titled "Poetry to Paintings" and the other, a stunning Group Exhibition. New members, Hank, Kati and Chris have brought new energy to the group and the art on show sure reflects this. New techniques and themes bring a vibrancy to the Barracks showcase and the shop has new original artist created gifts too, Josephine and Joy have been very busy.

The Barracks building, with 2 galleries, a gift shop and 12 working studios will be open all festival long. Bedecked with local art throughout the building. You will also be able to look into the working studios and see how different each space is, uniquely reflecting the artist's creative path. One of the creatives, Diana is a poet, have you seen a poet's studio before?
