This exhibition is considered to be Australia's foremost exhibition of selected botanical works - with approximately 150 paintings being selected from over 300 entries from local, interstate and overseas artists. The scientific accuracy of the work submitted for selection is a critical part of the high standard expected for inclusion in the exhibition. The exhibition's growing international profile, alongside the worldwide resurgence of interest in botanical art, has become a focus for both artists and collectors.
