SING LULLABY
Set in the historic surrounds of St John"s Church, New Town, the program centres around Spanish Renaissance master Tomás Luis de Victoria"s Missa O Magnum Mysterium. Central to the program are the Three Carol-Anthems by Herbert Howells (Here is the Little Door, A Spotless Rose and Sing Lullaby) and the four Christmas motets of Francis Poulenc, together with motet settings of O magnum mysterium by Nicolas Gombert, William Byrd, John Harbison, and Victoria.Start your Christmas season in style with this splendid a cappella Christmas celebration.
