Through support from the South Australian Government, 2017's AIR Awards will be held in Australia"s UNESCO City of Music at Queen"s Theatre, Adelaide on Thursday 27th of July.
Hosted once again by one of Australia"s most recognisable entertainers Dylan Lewis, the night of nights will feature exclusive live performances from A.B. Original, Ngaiire, Henry Wagons, Russell Morris and Elizabeth Rose.
This year"s awards will be followed by an unprecedented array of after parties open to the general public. Entry is free for all AIR Awards attendees and general public ticket details are as follows; ABC Music - The Hotel Metropolitan (Free entry), Chugg Music - Jive Bar ($15 tickets at door), Future Classic - Sunny"s Pizza (Free entry), and Golden Era Records & Bad Apples - Rocket Bar ($20 tickets thru Moshtix).
Book ending the official AIR Awards ceremony, the full program for Indie-Con Australia has also just been revealed including closing keynote speech from founding member of The Wiggles; Murray Cook. Australia"s first official independent music industry conference will be held at Tandanya, Adelaide on July 27th and 28th. Offering insights into the latest innovations and technological advancements in products, services and strategies for the independent music sector, the two-day summit will include unrivalled networking opportunities, workshops, panels, inspiring stories and tools of the trade.
