A is for Atlas Youth Mentoring Program

BY A is for Atlas | 15-Aug-2012
Are you a young creative Australian looking to further your skills within the performing arts? Do you want to find out what it’s like to develop exciting interdisciplinary work alongside a team of artistic professionals? Do you fancy some expert advice and a chance to collaborate with a professional mentor on a large-scale creative project over a period of 2-3 months? If so, then the A is for Atlas Youth Mentoring Program is perfect for YOU!

The A is for Atlas Youth Mentoring Program, supported by The Besen Family Foundation, offers young people from diverse cultural backgrounds the opportunity to develop skills and pathways in the creative industries by working under experienced artists on projects in production.

Our mentoring is innovative and educational, and can be undertaken as work experience, placement or internship, or simply an opportunity to develop new skills and networks. Our program offers an opportunity for young people between the age of 15-22 who want to embark on professional creative careers, to have meaningful dialogue with experienced artists and administrators in the industry.
