Springwood ART SHOW Make Your Mark

Springwood ART SHOW is the first and longest running art show in the Blue Mountains and is part of this area's reputation as a 'city of the arts'. Held on Friday August 25th to Sunday August 27th, the Springwood Art Show brings together the work of over 100 local artists and photographers for sale to the public.
With over 400 pieces of work on display, the Springwood Art Show is an opportunity to decorate the home or office for very reasonable prices. This year's theme, 'It's time to make your mark' particularly focuses on new and emerging artists. Over $5,000 in prize money available.

Also on sale, a range of artisan work, such as handcrafted jewellery and gifts.

Now in it’s 41st year, Springwood ART SHOW is the first and longest running art show in the Blue Mountains. It is proudly run by the Springwood High School P & C as their main school fundraiser. Springwood ART SHOW is a wonderful community art event and part of the tradition that helped create the Blue Mountains as the “city of the arts“.

This year’s Featured Artist is well-known and well-loved, Sue Gasser, who has built a career painting the natural beauty that surrounds us.

Also, a highlight of this year is encouraging young and emerging artists, with the theme of “Make Your Mark” to celebrate Springwood High School’s 50th anniversary this year. Over $4,000 in prizes available across a range of mediums and ages.

Opening Night, Friday August 25 (7pm-10pm) Tickets $20 include wine, supper and music.

Exhibition, Saturday August 26 (10am-6pm) and Sunday August 27 (10am-4pm). Tickets $5 General admission, $2.50 concession, $10 Family. Cafe on site.
